This hotel was hard to beat with the price we paid. It has a grand and elegant build with a gorgeous room with a view. The facilities were good, with a great underground parking area for plenty of bikes and security, an incredibly comfortable room, with probably some of the nicest carpets I’ve ever come across in a hotel in terms of how they felt under the feet. It had a good location in the city, it was clean and the staff were really pleasant to interact with. Overall - Great hotel for a great price.

It's a very new hotel. In the front, I was able to see many plants, even several papaya plants. The location was ok to me. It's a bit far to the center of the city. The view from the 19th floor to the East gave me a chance to see different part of the city. I could see the sea far away. Since it's a new hotel, everything was in very good condition. Andy the staff was friendly and willing to answer many questions!

The staff were so lovely very professional.. There kindness was the best part of our stay.. The reception staff were extreemely helpful and kind.. The manager Quan was an absolute awesome guy he spent time with us always eager to help us. He even drove us to catch the train.. Our stay was of high quality and we really enjoyed everything about our stay .. Highly recommend

The room was very spacious and clean. We had a nice view over Vinh. The location is a longer walk to the center, but there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed this type of luxury after the homestays we stayed in the previous nights.

Great hotel. Good location being close to Lotte. Everything seems clean and new. Great friendly staff very helpful with helping me change travel plans because of the storm. I like this place very much.

Luxurious hotel, on par with European standards. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great value for European travelers.

Clean, staffs are very friendly and helpful, we enjoy the massage but staff need to learn to style hair not just dry it
